1996 - 27/6/4 on 41% shooting while being guarded by a 6'1 PG

or

1998 - 4 rebounds 2 assists on 43% FG while playing below average defense

1996 and 1998 are the two WORST performances ever in the Finals, how MJ won FMVP is beyond me :oldlol:

Which Finals does LeBron win playing that bad?

Which bronze medal does Jordan win in basketball? Why did Lebron win Bronze medal with peak Duncan and Iverson along with Wade, Melo, etc?

Why did Lebron lose with HCA to a career loser in Dwight Howard who was missing his allstar the entire series?

Jordan's 27 on 42% was sufficient thru 6 games to win, while Lebron's 23 on 43% was insufficient thru 6 games of the 13' Finals, and required Ray Allen to force Game 7.

Jordan's stats from 96' would be enough to win the 13' Finals in 6 games

1998 - 4 rebounds 2 assists on 43% FG while playing below average defense

The 2017 Finals had a 100 pace compared to 82 for the 98' Finals - so if Jordan's 33.5 average is adjusted for pace, Lebron would average well over 40 ppg in the 2017 Finals.

So who cares about rebounds and assists.. Love would get more rebounds and be engaged more, while Lebron's lower assists (lack of ball-dominance) would allow the ball to move, so the TEAM had higher assists.. Lebron's Finals losses are characterized by massive deficits in team assists.

1998 - 4 rebounds 2 assists on 43% FG while playing below average defense

Btw, Jordan had 30 clutch points in the 1998 Finals (record), despite the record-low pace... So that's a preposterous 40 clutch points in the 2017 Finals after adjusting for pace.. AND jordan still has a boss like Kyrie to lean on and elevate to super role (by being an assist target for Kyrie, which lebron never was)

Duncan was the reason they won a Bronze Medal in 2004. LeBron at 19 was benched by Larry Brown.
