I'd be more scared of encountering a weirdo than a ghost at a cemetery at night.

Used to be one of our drinking spots in highschool. Pretty cool in the winter on a full moon when there wasn't snow on the ground with the massive dormant trees reaching into the sky like a bony fingers. They have since prohibited people from visiting 24/7 and gated the entrance off at night.

One of my best friends lost her virginity in the cemetery as a freshman to a red pube guy. She eventually got a tramp stamp and had 2 kids by the age of 20. No longer best friends with that ho

It breaks the law, once per hour. Is that your question?

We got a cemetery, I must say they do a really good job maintaining the trees about and near the cemetery gates, nice and green.

Mexicans spend Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in the cemetery, but I don't know if Mexican-Americans do that since that'd break the law. In fact, they eat in it. I don't know if they sepnd the night in the cemetery.

Having a meal in a cemetery breaks the law once, and spending more than an hour in a cemetery breaks the law once even if it is during the day, and that is once every hour.
