The problem is that since the 3-point line was instituted, every MVP has been a dominant offensive player

so Russell wouldn't be MVP-caliber in today's game, which makes Jordan's 6 rings as the best player the goat accomplishment of 3-pointer basketball/modern era

6 chips as the best player and the goat production rate (PER, BPM, etc) = goat

If FMVP was awarded in his era he'd have more total MVP's than Jordan. He won 5 MVP's, you'd have to figure he's winning at minimum 7 of the 11 available FMVP's

Maxwell won FMVP over Bird because of scoring - FMVP is normally awarded to scorers - Russell isn't winning a bunch of Iggy's
