I don't understand their flagrant system. If a guy blows past me and I grab his jersey and raise my hand: I made no attempt at the ball and intentionally fouled. Should that not be a flagrant? If I make a play at the ball where I'm not being reckless(no head hit/neck hit/no undercutting) and it's accidental but the guy happens to land hard and is slow to get up, THAT could be flagrant? It's pure optics. It's a farce.

Yes if you act well enough and lay on the floor long enough and call over the team doctor there's tremendous pressure on the refs to call a flagrant. Even if the guy is blatantly exxagerating the injury and is actually fine 2 minutes later balling out. ***** players like Payne pull that stint as does Chris Paul. They're actors.
