I got into this argument. She was telling me about how weight training is what gets you in shape. And I told her it's good to have a certain amount of muscle, but there's a limit to how much you should have. And she said that's BS. She said you need as much muscle as possible. She said, ''who's in better shape here? I've been lifting for 8 years.'' I insisted that although the weights may have helped her, she can't outlift me.
She actually thinks she can and her workouts are with 25-pound adjustable dumbbells. I'm far stronger than she'll ever be. I can do the 90 pounders. And she actually said that it's not true and that I cannot do anything better than her. She said I'm just talking like a ''dude.'' Is she actually serious that she thinks she's stronger than me? Is she mentally insane? She told me to never ever bring up this conversation again.
I can't believe some chicks that can only lift 20 pounds think they are strong. And due to equality, they think they're stronger than many men. Why can't they accept the fact that men are stronger than women? Why can't they just at least admit that? I texted her and said there's no way she could ever outlift me and she blocked me. But I'm just astounded that she had the audacity to say that.
