View Full Version : both kobe and jordan basically have lebrons biggest achievement

and what is that? losing to the eventual nba champion

due to lebron being gifted a finals trip every year in the east he could say he was a runner up. and to lebron fans that's as good as a championship

well kobe was runner up in 1999, 2003, 2004, 2008, 2011

jordan was runner up in 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990

( pistons really won in 88 btw. bs phantom call )

add those with their titles and that's basically like 10 leastern conference finals trophies

dunno how jordan getting swept by the best team is any different than lebron getting swept by the best team

if jordan in the 80s faced the 2010s raptors, bobcats, wizards, Pacers etc.. then he likely makes the nba finals as well

and if these idiot letard fans finally stopped bragging about free trips to the finals then maybe we would stop giving him sh*t for all his finals losses and not just the ones he was supposed to win like 2011 and 2014

that really should be the only thing that separates jordan/kobe/lebron

one guy has 6 and never lost when he was supposed to win. one guy has 5 and choked 1 away..and the other guy has 4 and choked 2 away

counting finals Ls where you had no chance or finals appearances is stupid

I already proved the cavs had the better big 3. the records were meaningless

lebron, kyrie and love averaged like 65ppg in the finals and curry, klay/draymond averaged like 57ppg

that plus draymonds suspension and kyries series winner after lebron missed his last 4 shots.. plus kyrie doubling lebrons scoring in the first 3 cavs wins before they pushed it to 20 and lebron started padding.. all of these facts show it was an embarrassing title for lebron and a historic one for kyrie being able to outshine lebron in all the biggest and most important moments

kyrie put the warriors to bed for all 4 cavs wins

facts are facts

you need me to post kyrie and lebrons scoring for the first 3 cavs wins before they became blowouts for the 10000000th time?

Imagine actually believing this

It was a bullshit finals though. Silver intervenes by randomly suspending Draymond. And for something LeBron instigated. :oldlol: Then the Warriors best interior defender jacks up his knee, and cant play the remaining 2-3 games. Everything about that ring was fluky.

LeBron's career has gotta be the most manufactured and luck based.

Draymond already had multiple flagrant fouls until that point in the post season. The accrual of FF points was the reason why he was suspended, you retarded little cuck.

Also Bogut?

Lets ignore Love, Irving, and Shump being injured.

So i know you probably dont want to hear this, but EVERY finals winning team has had to have luck factor in their favor somewhat. An argument can be made for just about every single team/player whether it be lebron, kobe, jordan, curry, leonard etc

FINALS

16' Curry and Klay - 22 and 16 ppg

19' Curry and Klay - 31 and 26 ppg

That was Kyrie's achievement and it was an underachievement

Only Lebron got down 1-3 to a Curry-led team

Durant didn't... Harden didn't... Kawhi didn't. Even lou williams didn't.

The Cavs were the preseason favorite and viewed as having superior talent.. real people know that lebron deserves zero praise for that ring - he had an equal-scoring partner and Curry was hurt or outplayed.

Ultimately, Kawhi beat an experienced and dominant Curry/Klay, while Lebron beat inexperienced, bed-wetting Curry/Klay (see stats above)

Do you think the 2018 and 2019 warriors were better than the 1991 lakers?

That's not the point, jizzrag. :oldlol: Again LeBron instigated the play, and stepped over him. All Draymond did was push LeBron off. Any self respecting man would have done the same, but you're a fat *****. Can't help you there.

Sure. But a unwarranted suspension doesn't happen in every finals.

Depends on when they played - if they played in 1991 when today's 3-point strategy didn't exist (so teams only took like 4 threes a game) - then the Lakers win easily.. Lakers were dimensions superior at 2-pointers, so they would win any format where mostly 2-pointers are taken.

People think that Curry could shoot 10 threes a game in 1991 just like he does now - but that's false - he barely took 5 threes a game for 3 straight years until the league strategy changed to a 3-point contest - he needs today's high screen to pull-up for a bunch of threes, while teammates needs the high-screen, drive-and-kick fornat to generate all the kickout threes..

Unfortunately, the high screen format (today's 3-point contest format ) didn't exist in 1991, so Curry would attempt 5 threes again like the first years of his career, or like other 3-point shooters back then (Miller took about 5 threes a game).

So again, if we're playing a format that yields mostly 2-pointers (pre-2014), then the Lakers win in record blowout... if we're playing in 2021, then the Warriors have the edge until the Lakers adjust to the new strategy that gets a lot of 3-point attempts.

And from a pure talent standpoint, I don't think Durant/Curry/Klay/Dray is superior to Magic/Worthy/Scott/AC Green/Vlade/Perkins

Only a bum gets swept in the 1st round three times in a row, then loses to the same team (Detroit Pistons) another 3 years in a row.

6 Finals totals? Meh.
Kobe had 7
Cousy had 7
Horry had 7
Havlicek had 8
Magic had 9
LeBron had 10
Kareem had 10
Jones had 11
Russell had 12

kenny does it occur to you that people like players for their actual ABILITY on the court and not just their careers and legacy aka achievements?

lebron is a one in a million freak genetic specimen athlete who also happens to be a high IQ playmaker. that combination is truly one in a billion.

his greatest achievement might actually be leading the league in assists at year 17 en route to a championship. that truly is greatness.

we'll have another jordan or another kobe before we have another lebron.
