The 90's and 00's superstars' names just popped out a lot more. I mean now you have guys like Chris Middleton. That name doesn't pop out. And Giannis, I can barely pronounce his name. Kevin Durant is a very ordinary name. Then again, you could say the same thing about MJ, but everyone wanted to be like Mike.

You had so many stars that just popped out. Their names alone showed them off. Iverson, Kemp, Drexler, Sprewell, Shaq, Rodman, Pippen.. Heck even BJ Armstrong. I even used to think that BJ Armstrong and John Starks were so good. Mark Price. Then after you had Garnett and Dirk. So many names..

The 90s was just better. Nowadays the players are so lame. NBA Jam had so many stars. Now, I don't look up to these players. They're like Jake Pauls, they'rew fake. They're not real men like in the past.

Since MJ, there have ONLY been 3 superstars; Kobe, Shaq and LeBron. No other players since then have been the face of the NBA, and that's due to being THE BEST. Superstar has ALWAYS meant that. If it hasnt, that makes these guys hyperstars. But I get it, you're from a generation of coddled kids that EVERY ONE OF YOU was 'special.' Pip was definitely a 'star' calibre player, Rodman was fringe star level, considering the last time he was chosen as an All-Star was in 1992.
