He managed to go to Game 7 of the 2nd round with a team less talented than the 2013 Lakers (Kobe, Dwight, Gasol, Nash) while Kobe was MIA from the playoffs and the Lakers got swept in the 1st round.
Kobe injured his achilles but Durant was coming off an achilles surgery, so it cancels out.
