Giannis would have
NBA champion (2021)
NBA Finals MVP (2021)
2× NBA Most Valuable Player (2019, 2020)
5× NBA All-Star (2017–2021)
NBA All-Star Game MVP (2021)
3× All-NBA First Team (2019–2021)
2× All-NBA Second Team (2017, 2018)
NBA Defensive Player of the Year (2020)
3× NBA All-Defensive First Team (2019–2021)
NBA All-Defensive Second Team (2017)
NBA Most Improved Player (2017)

VS Kareem's
3x MVP
1x FMVP(1x champion/2 Finals appearances)
4x All NBA 1st team
1x All NBA 2nd team
2x all-defence 1st team
3x all-defence 2nd team
2x Scoring Champ
1x Block Champ

He already is

He is not yet until he gets a ring.

I only raise this question because Kareem only played for the Bucks for 6 seasons. Giannis if he wins this year would have won the Bucks 1st title in 50 years, been with the team for 8 years, and signed on for another 5 years which means definitely he ends up as the fans' GOAT and probably more loved by the franchise

Kareem was only in the Bucks for 6 seasons and his most memorable time was by far with the Lakers. Wouldn't be too hard for a superstar to surpass him, even without a title.

Is it worth noting that half the talent during those years were playing in ABA.
Arguably the weakest era of NBA ever.
So I think all Giannis needs to do is win a ring. Even if he don’t win the FMVP.
But until then, it is still Kareem up to this point.
