Doc did nothing wrong. Embiid is soft and relies on fouls, Simmons is garbage, Thybulle can't shoot, Tobias is the master of close misses. What's a new coach gonna change :roll:

You can criticize Doc but any criticism should say what he did wrong and what a better coach would have done instead.

I know the coach always gets the praise or the blame for a team's performance, but I'm not sure this choke job falls on Doc Rivers' shoulders. Rivers didn't make Embiid, the team's star player and MVP runner-up, go 0-12 in the second half of game 5. And that's just one example. Choking all around. Don't even get me started on Simmons.

Coaching is more than just tactics, plays, rotations..

You have at times to be psychologist too, and be in your players head and have them performing at high level. Last year Kawhi/George, this year Embiid.
Rivers , maybe, should work on motivation skills.
