Doc Rivers is a problem but unfortunately he will most likely stay. (Until they start losing next season or playoffs anyway.)

They should keep:

Embiid
Curry
Maxey
Korkmaz

Definitely trade: Simmons

Better trade: Milton and Harris

The rest may or may not be traded it won't change much either way. I kinda like Green and Hill but neither is essential. Nor is Dwight.

- a capable 6th man (Curry could become one if there is a successful trade)
- a better coach... won't happen anytime soon
- another 3&D guy

Anyone clogging the paint and making Embiid's work tougher is a no. PG and 6th man is a must. Simmons is a must trade but I'm not sold on Harris either.

With these changes they can become real contenders overnight.
