For some years Hammon as well as Billups want a coaching job.

Just how qualified is Billups ??

If Portland can get around the fact that Hammon is a woman , I think she would be a good fit.

It's an interesting question, Billups v. Hammond. But frankly, I'd want a more experienced head coach than either of them for this Blazers team. Their window with Lillard is starting to close. It's not the time to be tinkering around.



But to answer the question about Billups' qualifications, he's just as qualified as Kerr, Nash, Kidd.... when they got HC gigs. Actually moreso, because he's spent this season as an assistant with LAC.

Jason kidd already said no to Portland. I have a feeling he might be trying to get the Dallas gig or possibly Boston.
