Does so right after Durant and Harden indicate they will. Should we read more into the decision?

These players are pathetic

It should be an honor to represent the country on a global platform.

A 33 year old needs rest, what should we read into? That Curry doesn't play with KD?

Possibly. There was that Twitter stuff about KD liking posts that dissed Curry. Would I want to be cooped up with such a person in these pandemic Olympics? Rather avoid the awkwardness there. Curry might have also felt that with KD and Harden confirming participation he wasn't as needed and that the team was in good shape without him so there was less need to go.

He had already played for team USA (and was under no obligation when he did). He is in his 30s and has a history of injuries. His body needs to recover.

Warriors fans said Durant will never surpass Curry, and why should he? Curry built that house. But again Steph himself didnt do anything and getting mad at fans is some beta shit.

Durant still somewhat got the last laugh by getting two finals mvps before leaving gs two years ago.

Not obligated to go. Curry will be, what, 34 next year? Besides he already won GOLD. Time for new blood to represent.
