Salaries work. Wall has only two years left on his deal compared to 4 for Simmons. He can shoot foul shots and stand still 3s. Good on the fast break and a good distributor.
Biggest problem is obviously health. He loves to shoot midrange shots which he sucks at. Effort can be lacking on D although he can step up when motivated.
Houston has a mobile center who can shoot 3s so Simmons can work there. I don't think Wood is a post up guy. Plus it will be a low profile place to work out his shooting issues.
