Why do american players suck so bad?

Without special needs rules, american players would win no games.

They are too small and too inexperienced at FIBA game while the vets (Cory Joseph, Anthony Bennett, etc) sucked so badly. Olynyk or Boucher would help solving those weaknesses out but they were unavailable. So did Jamal Murray and SGA.

Czech is full of big and experienced Euroleague players. They just decimated Giannis-less Greece to qualify to Tokyo so bad Giannis might not even save it if he could play for. You can plow through this kind of team with athleticism ala Team USA but Team Canada just doesn't have enough of that.
