Spent my vacation last week. I can't imagine how it could be any busier out there this weekend, but it will be. Probably make carnitas for the family and watch copa america together fri and sat.

Our neighborhood goes off.
Everybody parties in their front yard. Block parties everywhere. Multiple live bands. Everybody on bikes or golf carts - you can’t really drive after about 12. Chicks dressed to impress. Giant bike parade @ 3 (500+ people) for the kids and the drunk adults - boom boxes, water balloons, decorated bikes, etc.
I keep it easy. Burgers, bacon wrapped hot dogs, salads and chips.
Fireworks on the nearby base, and legal and illegal fireworks in the neighborhood to finish. The pups hate it, but oh well.
