And only elite shooters played near their career high (capacity) alongside Lebron, while everyone else played below capacity and didn't improve alongside him.

Otoh, guys like Pippen, Grant and BJ grew from single-digit rookies into champions.. So teammates got better alongside Jordan, while Lebron just teams up.
