Should ex NCAA football players like Reggie Bush and Terrel Pryor be compensated?

Lots of ex players, coaches and teams were punished harshly for making revenue off their name in the past. now with it being legal and accepted in NCAA, should players like Bush be given their rightful Heisman award back?

Pryor was kicked out of OSU and forced early into NFL's supplemental draft just for making a buck on his autographs. A petty scandal which led to Jim Tressel's retirement
