well when you're continuing to reach the finals and losing you need to change the formula. its already obvious if youre losing in the first round. but there is no reason yo make the finals if you don't plan on winning. its kinda like pac said in juice " you-got to get the wind behind your back, get the ground beneath your feet. otherwise you might as well be dead your damn self" i think you get that quote. though i do agree with you somewhat i just don't think it applies when it comes to Jordan because with your logic you're saying less is more

Nope. Both will be equally less valued over time than those that win championships. I guess you want points for lebron’s 6 finals losses. You want them to actually count. Even if 2x miami lost in the finals when they should have won.
