I was just thinking about this, that's not a knock on iverson or anything cause he could of won a title if he just had a chris bosh type of player but i think melo and cp3 is a good pairing

Who knows. He couldn't win with James Harden, who I think is a better player than Melo. And their team was better than any team Carmelo was on.

It depends on the team and their competition at the time. I would say that they would be title contenders. Too much talent not to be.

I mean, if you replaced Billups with CP3 the Nuggets could've won in '09. Besides that, I don't see them winning a title in any other season

Marcus camby is the answer if they had nene they would of been way better all they needed was a center that can play man to man defense

Nene was already on the 08 team. Kobe's Lakers waxed them. Not gonna say AI isn't better, but Chauncey brought in quality leadership and better playmaking. Seeing what Denver did in the 07 and 08 postseason, I believe Billups and Melo played more in sync. At least in that short time span.

Not during 08-10 when it was Kobe's league, but if you put CP3 on the Knicks with Melo, JR, Shump & Chandler, they beat Miami at least once IMO.
