When was the last time an acting head of state was assassinated outside of Africa? :(

Apparently they were just caught up with and a shoot out went down. There were 6 of them. 4 dead, 2 taken alive. Reports are 3 Colombians, 2 Haitians and 1 Venezuelan. Idk how they got that info so fast after a shootout so the nationalities might not be accurate
