boy, politics is pretty new to you, isn't it op? kamala got picked for vp because she's a BLACK WOMAN. nothing more. democrats (and to a lesser extent, republicans) love to play identity politics, because it works on the herds on zombie voters that fall for their party's propaganda and distracts them from the actual fiscal issues that are controlled by their corporate overlords.

corporate democrats and corporate republicans are more or less one in the same. anything you hear otherwise is just pandering in order to get the media talking and keeping everyone running around in circles jumping at each other's throats.

How are Blacks Governors, Senators, and State Representatives if this a racist country? How are Blacks dominating the Professional Sports landscape if this a racist country? How do Blacks have their own entertainment channel on Cable TV if this is a racist country? How does a Black Woman have the most Grammy awards of all time if this a racist country? How were there Blacks who traveled to space if this a racist country? How do Blacks have their own TV shows and Radio shows if this a racist country? How do Blacks have their own Holidays if this a racist country? How are Blacks members of Law Enforcement if this is a racist country? How is a Black person the richest actor in America if this a racist country?

1. We all know the majority of america is not racist. Dems just like to make a bigger divide to rally votes.
2. Kamala was elected for various reasons, the primary not being qualifications IMO. The first reason is because she is a female. That alone unites females. Then she's half black and half spicy indian... two more areas for people to relate.
