How low iq do u have to be to think the suns weren't gonna make the playoffs

I remember a bunch of people on here saying suns weren't making post season. That shit is just crazy to me. Even without chris paul you could see the potential. I thought they were gonna make playoffs before they got him but when they got him it was a forgone conclusion. They had one of the top bigs in the league. They debatably had the best point gaurd in the league and They had one of the best 2 gaurds and they had guys that could shoot the three. They aslo had great defenders.

This season was one of the toughest to predict with the scheduling, play-in tournament and the COVID stuff. Some teams were massacred by COVID and/or injuries (Celtics, Wizards, Heat, Nets & Lakers for example) and those who didn't (Jazz, Suns, Knicks) were seeded much higher than they were projected going into the season.

Playoffs are tough in the Western Conference, one or two injuries could be the difference between 50-60 wins & having to play a Play-in tournament to potentially miss the POs.

Yeah without CP I can see if before the season people would think that. It's still only Booker and Ayton and they're honestly wasn't very good for star standard.

But with CP addition, it should be a safe bet they'll make the playoff. And with Mikal Bridges massive improvement and Jae Crowder's presence, it's no wonder they're one of the top team.
