Hopefully Baze comes back on the min. Not starter material, but he's a good defense guy to have on the bench and maybe start for a few months until Klay's back. Mannion stays I imagine.

Smiley and Mulder need to GTFO. GPII to remain as a 14-15 type of guy.

NBA roster breakdown: Which players every team can and won't trade this summer

For a second consecutive offseason, the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic will have dueling effects on transactions. While free agency is expected to be at a slow crawl because of a lack of spending (there are only four teams with projected cap space), there will likely be plenty of trades leading up to the 2021 NBA draft on July 29, then even more when free agency opens the following week.

To help identify which teams will be the most active, we have a complete guide of players who are off the board, tradable contracts, draft assets and trade exceptions for all 30 teams.

Note: A player with an option cannot be traded until the option is exercised. For trade purposes, only the guaranteed portion of a partially guaranteed contract counts as outgoing salary.

Atlanta Hawks

Off the table: Trae Young ($8.3 million; restricted free agent in 2022).

Free agents: Kris Dunn ($5 million player option), Tony Snell, Lou Williams, Solomon Hill, John Collins, Brandon Goodwin, Nathan Knight and Skylar Mays.

First-round assets and trade exceptions

The Hawks own all their first-round picks.

Tradable contracts (2021-22 season)
