I'm not Kenneth, I was Kenny Powers though and I'm in rehab right now. My 28th day/last day here is Sunday next week, I'm leaving first thing in the morning. They mentioned they are changing the program to 4-6 weeks if the person wants to stay past the 28 days but I really have no reason to stay longer. I just need to get the coin and certificate Tuesday for the "graduation" thing they do every tuesday if it's the person's last week there. I just need to complete it to get my aunt/uncle off my back. With the 7 days at detox I'll be sober 35 days. I gave cirrhosis of the liver and needed to stop anyways, but I have only stayed for my aunt/uncle show them I completed it. I live my life black/white - yes/no. If I were to decide to drink, I will do it and nothing I've been taught or people trying to talk me out of it would do nothing because my mind was already made up. As of now I know I wobtvgo back to drinking, but who knows when I'm back out and what might trigger to me drink. I mean, I'll die in the next year or two if I drink, so knowing that will be really the only thing that keeps me from drinking. My mom passed away when I was 27, my dad moved to California a couple years ago while I still live in Iowa. I also don't have kids and quit dating a few years ago because I prefer drinking and a relationship just wouldn't work with my daily drinking. I haven't lied about anything. This is the only account I've posted on since signing up for it. I've never posted on more than one account at a time. I've had close to 10 accounts probably but only use 1 at a time til banned.

Might as well be. Run by 20-22 year olds that don't know what they are doing. All chicks except 1 male counselor that's only 26 and the other counselor that's male to female tranny. Some of the chicks are hot at least. But yeah, this place sucks as you can see.

All the patients are male 35-40. There was a 31 year old female patient here but she "graduated" like 10 days into my time here. I'm only here because my aunt/uncle might have cut me out of their life if I didn't stop drinking. I don't have a lot of family left, so I've powered through it. I could have went to a much nicer place across the state but I didn't want to leave my city. So this is the hell hole that was available here.
