And if animals weren't meant to be eaten than why are they made of meat?

dieting makes zero sense. all you need is 2 hours of activity a day and you can literally eat nothing but pizza and burgers
just play basketball. get your heart rate up. build a sweat. drink tons of water. if anything hurts that means you're improving. after a few weeks you wont feel any of that shit. and if you have old knees or joints get surgery. if you don't have Healthcare then grow the f*ck up and get a better job. no excuses. fat people are just lazy worthless depressed individuals

So you're saying that if you're active for 2 hours, you can literally eat unlimited amounts of pizza?

I usually eat anything I want, but take a 4-5 hour break until I eat again and I also stay away from soda and pretty much drink water all day.

You can eat like shit but still look in shape, but if you're not eating the right foods it will hurt you in the long run

would you rather live 65 years looking good and eating good or live 85 years looking good and eating carrots and spinach
and by the time we're 60 we'l have nanotechnology cleaning our arteries out anyway

If the future will be composed of cyborgs living in this planet, there might be no need to eat anymore by then.

we'll probably merge with machines like robocop 2 and have our brain/spine/eyes transplanted into mechanical bodies when we're near death. we'll still need food but it will be like that robocop baby food and be inserted through a tube like a gas pump/charging station to keep the organic tissue healthy

Eat twice a day. Medium sized meal at 12, large dinner in the afternoon. 80% of what I drink is water. Fast food at most 1/week, preferably 1/2-3 weeks. I still use milk, sugar and some other unhealthy foods like red meat but without overdoing it. Jog 2x week. Used to work out 2x/week but stopped since corona hit.

If it doesn't grow out of the earth or have a mother, don't eat it.
If it comes in a package with a list of hard to pronounce ingredients, don't eat it.

Healthy options are an illusion, so I order what I want when I'm eating out. What's the point of a salad when it comes soaked in dressing with a mountain of cheese? The real healthy option is eating out once or twice a week instead of once or twice a day.
Eat more fruit. I end up snacking less when I have to take a minute to peel an orange or slice an apple.
Beans. I eat them a lot because they're cheap and I can reheat them in a pinch.

I dont eat anything particularly bad nor do I eat especially healthy. Dont really drink soda, avoid high fructose syrup products, eat fish, chicken, occasionally lean red meat, veggies, whole wheat pasta, brown rice. Dont really snack alot during the day, avoid chips and chocolates/candy. Minimal amount of fried food. I was heavy into intermediate fasting but not consistent with it, but that's a great way to lose weight and also has other health benefits supposedly, though whenever I do it its mostly for weight maintenance. I'm probably in the best shape I've been in for a while, was heavy in the gym till I ****ed my back around 30. Nowadays I just try to avoid the midlife midsection weight gain. I have a physical job as an Inventory manager which keeps me active and not sitting at a desk for 8 hours, which helps.

Never understood how people haven't figured this out. You don't even need a gym membership. I hoop, skate, jog and bike. Like you said if it is sore this week, power through it and it'll be better next week. Wear compression dhit and heat or ice or both. You'll be thinner and less sad in a couple weeks

Weekdays I try to eat as clean as possible
Mainly, Chicken + some carb(rice or oven baked fries) with vegetables
Weekends I eat whatever I want. Saturdays are my Pizza day and on Sundays I will have either Indian or a McDonald's
I try to include some intermittent fasting as well, either 16/8 or OMAD
Also make sure i get a good amount of Protein at least 1 gram of protein for kilogram of body weight, i occasionally supplement with a protein shake to ensure I am getting enough

Most eggs are a corporate produced product and the chickens are fed shit.
They are inflammatory for many people too.
Some fresh, farmers market eggs are pretty good, but they ain’t $2/dozen.
