Those are baggy clown clothes too. They're from the baggy era so they are baggy shorts cut super short - mixed with baggy jerseys. Those were a huge fail and didn't even accomplish what they tried to which was clothes that fit. That era was so stupid with baggy clothes they couldn't even get that 'vintage night' to look right.

Shorts and jerseys that FIT has thankfully returned to the league. Don't have to be anywhere near that short - but knee length with a lot of extra fabric looks corny these days.

the shorts they wear now are perfect. they dont seem baggy to me.
