Damn. I'm a Suns fan and even that one got me laughing lol.

CP3 really did disappear most of the time when the Suns needed him the most sadly. And his best series by far was against the team that we swept where he didn't even need to play good for us to win. Although he did play great in game 6 against the Clippers.

I just think Jrue had CP3 absolutely shook the past 3 games ever since Jrue started full court pressing him. If CP3 wasn't so short then maybe CP3 would have had more confidence against Jrue, but Jrue was bigger than him and playing great defense on him making his life a nightmare in those games. It was to the point where he was scared to do anything and have Jrue make a fool out of him. So CP3 just kept handing the ball off to other players and making them try to do something by themselves. But I believe that if CP3 just stayed confident and aggressive then the Suns would have won this series. Shit, in game 4 he didn't even need to play good.. all he had to do was not play god awful and the Suns win that. In game 5 all he had to do was not disappear the whole 2nd and 3rd quarter.

Maybe I made a mistake ordering a CP3 jersey. The Suns lost all 4 games and CP3 never looked the same ever since it arrived in the mail lol. Good thing I got a cheap Chinese bootleg instead of spending full price. :oldlol: Nah fr tho I still like CP3. It was a fun year with him, and no doubt we wouldn't have made the Finals without him. But I just can't wrap my head around how passive and scared he looked in the past few games... like why. What was going through his mind? I just don't get it. Oh well, I forgive him because he helped us have a great season... and I know he's prob more frustrated with himself than any of us. I just would love to get some insight on why he was playing that way instead of running our usual offense like he's supposed to.

This season seems more because of Booker, paul just gets the credit because reputation. Booker failed to make the playoffs with Kelly oubre but look at how big of a cancer Kelly has been with warriors, they started racking up wins when he got injured. So Booker or curry couldn't win with Kelly oubre.

On/off says Booker is by far the best suns player as well. I just don't understand why stats like BPM, win share hate Booker so much. I still think the eye test said that Booker was suns best player in reg season and playoffs, on/off stat also agrees.

I can;t speak for Suns, but Steph's production went from God-tier to worst in the league when paired with a rookie or Oubre last season.

I'm guessing the advanced metrics don't love Book because he averages low reb/ast and doesn't shoot it at an above 60%TS rate. What I do know is that the Suns were -46 with CP3 on the court and Book off through the first 5 games.
