I've seen cops not run to danger before but this literally happened right in front of them. Not only did they run away but they left the victim laying shot on the street(they did come back later on though), and didn't report the incident. :oldlol:
I have no idea what this female cop looks like but I have a pretty good idea already. Apparently she is also on medical leave because the incident traumatized her psychologically.
Now that I think about it, maybe her reaction was the correct one. Want to defund the police in this shitholes? This is the type of response you should receive.
