Both teams were elite, superstar lead, and helped by injures…
Giannis’ first ring vs Curry’s. Who wins a series between the two teams

I would have the Bucks winning in 6 games as they are a horrible matchup for the 2015 Warriors especially when they go small.
As they would have zero answers for Giannis who would be far the best player in the series as he would utterly dominate the paint and boards.

Jrue on Curry
Khris on Klay
Tucker on Barnes
I don't think Iggy and Draymond are beating the Bucks offensively lol
Here is how Jrue guarded Curry this season who is a far better player than his 2015 version

Who cares - he kills everyone in the regular season, but Kyrie shut him down and dominated him in the Finals.. So imagine what Jrue would do.. Curry wouldn't be able to score

Jrue would shut down Curry, I mean we've seen this the last couple of times they played in the playoffs when he and Anthony Davis crushed the Warriors....
Uh, no.
Some people seem to be mistaking Curry for Lillard yet again.

The Warriors of this year are still a completely different team from the one in 2015. Not having Klay Thompson out there hurts Curry's ability to get as much room as he is accustomed to, and Bogut was one of the best passing centers in the league at that point and terrific at getting both Curry and Klay open looks off of (mostly illegal) screens. A completely different team dynamic compared to this, and thus this can't be compared.
Unless you are literally able to keep up and be able to run around all game long with Curry, which he did a lot more of in 2015 than in 2021, you aren't going to be able to guard him. And Jrue doesn't have the stamina to do that. The only guy who could was Delly, who managed to do it for two games before he became so exhausted that he had to go to the hospital after game 4.
Now, let's talk about the other end of the floor. You sit here mentioning what the defensive matchups for the Bucks are but don't bother to take into account what the defensive matchups for the Warriors would be. Curry obviously isn't going to lock down Jrue, but you can live with Jrue giving you fits at the offensive end if he manages to do it consistently. Your main focus and priority is limiting Middleton and Giannis to the best of your ability. Klay and Green are perfect for this. Klay absolutely has the defensive ability to frustrate Middleton. And Draymond Green is one of the only guys I can think of who has the length to legitimately bother Giannis enough to prevent him from dominating the Warriors for a seven game series like he was able to do against Phoenix. And if that's not enough, they have Bogut waiting downlow, who was second team all defense in 2015. Oh but wait, it gets better. Even with all of that, they still have Iggy coming off the bench as well whenever Green needs a breather. Obviously none of these guys are going to shut down Giannis, but he would meet a hell of a lot more defensive resistance and a lot more versatile and lengthy defenders than what Phoenix was able to throw at him.
In my mind, the Warriors win this series pretty easily. I just can't see the Bucks winning that matchup.

He dropped 41 on him the other game, or did you miss that youtube video? I guess you got the game where Curry was shooting bad.. like the other 5-6 in the beginning of the season. Guess that legendary Nets defense shut him down as well by that logic. You could look in the playoffs where Curry owns Jrue, but I guess it's better to look at 1 regular season game where Curry was shooting like shit for 2 straight weeks after missing an entire year. That's the game that should be looked at. :facepalm

The Warriors would destroy them, I give it 5 games. You rotate Iggy on either Giannis or Middleton when Dray/Bog or Klay aren't covering for their man. That team made it so you can't play bigs in games, which is all the Bucks have to rely on. Lopez wouldn't be on the court for the 40 minutes Curry was there after the inevitable game 1 where Bud makes zero adjustments and Lopez is on an island. The 15 Warriors are nightmare matchup for the Bucks. Not this team right now. The one from 15 that had size if needed, a ton of depth and specialized in playing big teams off the floor.

Curry shuts himself down when it’s the finals.
I'll go for the team with the player who has mvp, mip and dpoy awards under his arsenal. Those shiny orange blimps won't cut it here.
