It happens. Everyone remembers a couple famous ones I’ll include….but it happens all the time. Illegal screens and push offs and all. People know you won’t call a whistle last second so they push it. Would you let them slide?

For the record….the Harden one was acknowledged by the NBA in the 2 minute report. The others were before the league did such things. Which ones do you whistle?

It does happen at times. They got Lebrons ass on that crab dribble nonsense:

Sometimes even the stars get told to **** off in the name of justice….though I assume someone will post 8 more times stars got away with it.

Would you be such a ref?

Do you call those fouls in those moments?

1st one, 3rd one, and 4th one I wouldn't mind calling as a charge. 2nd looks so smooth I'd probably miss it

That stuff was pretty common back then. You have to consider it in context of the times. Reggie was pretty blatant but he was betting the refs wouldn't have the balls to call that at the end of the game. In most cases that was correct. I don't remember Jordan complaining about it.

Defenders got away with a lot back then so I can see why the refs might have let guys clear space on offense.

Yeah, I wouldn't have whistled any of them either.
