Does it? Outside of this years playoff run, KCP was a pretty good outsider shooter for you. Hield might need the ball more, but he's better on offense overall. Harrell never really fit in with the Lakers, and Kuzma is the definition of erratic.

Pretty much. Lebron would have to endorse it, and I think he has by following Westbrook/his wife on twitter. They would do this based primarily on his stats and stardom than anything else. These sorts of deals almost never work out. We saw that in 2012 when we got Dwight/Nash based on their star power by giving up all of our assets and we were paying for it still 5yrs later.

Harrell wanted to go to a team that would play him good number of minutes.. He didn't really fit the Lakers because of his size/defensive weaknesses, especially with AD here already. If AD played mostly center and Harrell had some range, it would have worked.. Or if Harrell was 7ft tall with AD at 4. Neither was happening so you go for someone else.

It was never the right move signing Harrell tbh due to fit issue. Should have brought back Dwight.
