Lebron is damn near 40 years old, and is the highest paid player on his team. When you've been in the NBA 18 seasons, its time for you to take a backseat, even if you are the GOAT.
If he wants to win another title, he's going to have to be the 3rd best player on the team at this point. Lebron ball is going to have to cease a little bit, as his ability to drive to the basket has diminished in the last 3 seasons.
