Currently quarantine in my home. I can now taste and Smell the food.

I did, a month ago. There were times where it will be hard to breath, but that's it. Got fever as well. If you have a strong immune system, it will just pass.

Fever is gone. My breathing and oxygen are normal

Yes. Had very minor symptoms the first few days, light pressure in chest, on the 3rd or 4th day I just felt fatigued all day, and a couple of days after that I had a sore throat. No headaches, light cough, no shortness of breath, no nausea. My taste went away for a couple of days, and it took a while for my smell to come back.

Overall, it was a minor illness to me.

Happy to hear you're recovering well.

I've read about some people losing their sense of smell and taste for months.

I can't imagine not tasting anything for months.. probably would lose a shitload of weight by not eating.
