2-3 rings if they played an entire career. But then again there are no guarantees, I'd like to imagine they put a couple of runs together and win.

How many championships??

Depends on the rest of the team. It's 12 players on a basketball team not 2.

Westbrook is a better version of Hardaway though.

So we are replacing Kobe with Russell ? not sure they get past The Kings, Spurs or Portland, with Russell replacing Kobe, Kobe killed The Spurs defense inside presence, Russell is smal and might get hammered inside, is he a good enough shooter ?

That Kings team that took The Lakers 7, The Lakers might not get past them with Russell.

Portland was tough also.

Russell dominates the ball more then Kobe does he needs to be the offense, Shaq would take the ball away from him, so he's a jump shooter? unless they go quarters sharing the load, does Russell fit with Shaq ?

Kobe was a jump shooting slashing guard that played point and great defense, Russell is a point guard that dominants the ball he's a slasher that attacks the basket and kicks it out, he's not a jump shooter unlike Kobe, but Phil might make it work.

I don't see Shaq and Russell getting those 3 rings together, unlike with Kobe.

On The Heat replacing D Wade, replacing Wade, Nope.

Russell fits better with James and Davis he can play Rondo's roll, just slash at times when the defense isn't paying attention or come off screens something he couldn't do playing with Shaq, because Shaq isn't that type of big man, Shaq with Russell, turns Russell into a spot up jump shooter, something he's not, just like Rondo isn't a spot up jump shooter he's your slashing play making point that sometimes hit open threes, but his points come off screens and slashing to the basic throwing up shots.

Russell would have to just camp on the outside three point line playing with Shaq just like Fisher so his points would be low, he's not the shooter Fisher was with the Lakers, Russell wouldn't be productive unless he's handling the ball dribbling dribbling crossover then slash attack, and one, or foul, with Shaq and the Centers clogging up the inside it would be difficult for him to score especially back then those Centers were huge talented and the Power Forwards were big solid defenders especially Portland Detroit, Spurs & Kings.

Solid points. What prevails in the minds of many posters is the NBA finals and how the Lakers steamrolled those teams like the Sixers and Nets.

But the same couldn't be said about some of those Western Conference teams like the 2000 Blazers, the 2002 Kings, or 2002 Spurs.

One of the reasons the Lakers were so dominant in 2001 was because of Kobe's playoff performances. I don't think Westbrook gives LA that kind of performance, especially in such a slow, defensive minded league.
