Ever since he was drafted to Cleveland, to Miami, to Cleveland, to now LA

LeBron's teams were always the oldest, where are the young guns to help out Bron?

maybe it's because older players win alot of chips and he wants to win. What kind of question is this:facepalm

Because he never wants to grow with young talent and win organically

He prefers the easy way which is teaming up with seasoned all stars to get the chip

He had a young core with the Lakers and look what he did, traded them all :oldlol:

Because he doesn't know how to build organic teams like Jordan, Kobe, Giannis, Steph etc. His brand of basketball is anathema to developing young talent. He needs washed up veterans that require no training or leadership because Lebron is unable to teach anyone anything. He has poor leadership.

Lol we all speculate but I think lebron likes to build teams and destroy them once he leaves. When levron leaves the lakers will have a similar situation

Because he's always playing with other all stars that fill the cap space, so his teams can only sign cheap veterans who can still play, because he doesn't want to deal with young players that have to be taught, carried and he's sure they will even show up come playoff time but veterans will give you what's needed, when you have 3 all stars on the same team, you either have a choice veterans or young D league talent, unproven unpolished and not ready for the playoffs, so the teams go for veterans.

Because he can’t handle mentoring younger players, and build the winning culture and foundation for a franchise.

That’s why he cowardly need to team hop and needs perennial All-Star veterans to get the job done. He can’t cultivate a winner.

He had the opportunity with a young roster in 2019 going forward, and by his second season he was already having them shipped out.

Meanwhile Chris Paul takes a ragtag crew of Young Guns to the finals immediately

LOL at how all of a sudden just getting to the Finals means something to you when it's not LeBron.

Kevin Love is a 5x All Star, who was reduced to becoming a skinny corner pocket shooter due to role on the team.

Kyrie Irving is a 7x All Star.

Would’ve been an all star for (8x) in 2016 but he missed 29 games ya moron.

Non all stars don’t drop 41 on all team defensive players in the half court in the Finals. And don’t average 29 a game in the Finals

Love put up 9-8 on 36% shooting. Those are some serious seasoned all star stats LOL

Kyrie was a 2x all star before James signed in 2015 and wasn't quite a "seasoned" all star in 2016.

So far, that makes ZERO
