Isiah is right - Pippen was just along for the ride - he never did anything to win those titles with the Bulls - it was all Jordan:

Pippen had the way better career due to Isaiah's shit longevity.

23.6 playoff win shares for pippen

12.5 playoff win shares for isiah

Pippen nearly doubling him.

Peak for peak? I still take pippen, the defense gap is bigger then the offensive gap.

The defensive gap is unimportant - team defense is what matters and Detroit had better team defense

Offensively, Isiah was #1 option on a dynasty - Pippen is nowhere near that.. Isiah averaged 28/5/7 in the 90' Finals with FMVP

Isiah could've averaged 30 ppg and this was common knowledge in the 80's and 90's - he was a prolific scorer in the early-mid 80's but always played the team game.

And Isiah was a goat leader and clutch, while Pippen was a woat leader and prolific choker... Isiah was an apex predator, while Pippen was prey for opponents like X-man, Dominique, Schrempf or the Pistons

A glorified sidekick who cost the Bulls a ring in 1990 due to being mentally weak has no room to trash the alpha dog of what should have been a three-peat team if not for an awful call at the end of game 6 in the 1988 finals.

Ask yourself this question could Pippen have ever pulled off in the NBA finals what Isiah did on a busted ankle.

43 points 8 assists 6 steals on 56 percent shooting on a busted ankle in the NBA finals is ****ing insane and it is a crime that due to a horrible ref call that Isiah was robbed of winning the finals MVP.

i think quite honestly that the pistons at their best would beat the bulls at their best.

the pistons beat up on a young bulls team and the bulls beat up on an old pistons team. but at their best. the pistons are deeper and tougher

isiah is right in saying hes above pippen

pippen is wrong in saying there was no room for him on the dream team. but he was right in saying nobody wanted him there and chemistry counts for something. that being said they would have won regardless even without chemistry cause it was a joke olympics.

isiah is wrong in saying lebron is the best ever strictly based on being more all around. because if thats the case then hes admitting scottie was better than he is.

isiah also said to look at the record to make his case for his piston team yet he ignores lebrons record in the finals.

in the end both pippen and isiah are jealous of jordan and need to move on. but at least scottie can admit hes the best ever

"old Pistons team"?

In '91 Isiah was 29, Dumars 27, Aguirre 31 and Rodman 29 (their 3 leading scorers and their best defender). Rodman was part of the Bulls big 3 several years later.

Exactly. The main issue with the 91 team was Isiah wasnt 100% but its obvious to anyone watching during that time that the Bulls, year after year, were gaining. Isiah being healthy may have resulted in it being a 5 or 6 game series in favor of Chicago, that's about it. The 91 Pistons weren't as good as 88-90 but as you pointed out, it wasn't because they were old. The 93 Bulls were Jordan(29), Scottie(27), Grant(27), BJ( 23), Paxson(32) and nobody called them over the hill or old. And by 93 that unit had the same amount of wear and tear as the 91 Pistons did.
