Underrated as a player i think and nearly led pistons to back 2 back championships, as well as a WCF appearance with Nuggets. Billups is what some delusional raptors fans hype up Kyle Lowry as.

I'm sure he will do good with blazers as well, although i think they need to find a better co star for lillard at this point as CJ has run its course.
