Injuries are part of the game and it can also haunt superstars. What's the most iconic game of a superstar playing through an injury/hardship?

Paul pierce?

Not even close as he wasn't even injured.

Not even close as he wasn't even injured.

It was a very untimely "accident"

Most people say Willis because he scored 4 points i guess.

Kawhi in 2019 east finals seemed to be in pain and was still averaging 30\10 and dunking on Giannis.

How about Bird coming back into the deciding game vs the Pacers after slamming his face against the floor?

Zeke's game is #1 for me but I'd also mention Kobe's Game 4 @Indiana with Shaq fouled out, he was clearly not healthy but came back & played ~47 minutes on a bad ankle & made the winning plays on the road to pretty much seal the championship.

Cramp James in 2012; he hit a definitive 3pt shot late in the game on one leg!

Definitely the most iconic injured star game was when Lebron "injured" his ankle but still stayed in the game long enough to keep his 10 point streak alive.
