Beverley is a liability on offense, but his defense on Booker in the playoffs was terrific.

Bledsoe is the better player, he provides some playmaking that Beverley doesn't, but he's coming off the worst season of his career, he doesn't provide much shooting and he's also known for stinking it up in the playoffs.

Bledsoe is a slasher and that's something clippers needed. He was a poor fit next to Giannis. Bledsoe next to a bunch of shooters should be good, he's also only being asked to be Reggie Jackson's backup point guard.

Beverly is terrible offensively outside of the occasional 3 point shot when he's left wide open, always injured, pisses the other team off with his trash talk. Rondo shouldn't even be mentioned as he has been washed up since 2019 outside of the bubble run, he was terrible with lakers before the bubble as well.

Rondo was a disappointment in the playoffs. Pat Bev is a remnant of the past, although still a terrific defender. An upgrade in the PG position. I like it.

Beverly plays half the season, stars already load manage and don't need their role players load managing too. Also Beverly averaged 5PPG in playoffs and was a bench warmer 1st round. Rondo was a bench warmer all playoffs and has been traded twice in 6 months.

Nice defense is cool and all but not much value when you don't even know how to dribble a ball, can't even make basic entry passes to the post, can't score unless your wide open and nobody is paying any attention to you.

Bledsoe was good with bucks and now he won't have as much pressure on him as a backup PG and is on the goat shooting team, as well as playing with kawhi the best player he ever played with.

Bledsoe was garbage with the Bucks :facepalm, he was a massive liability during the playoffs and a huge reason they failed. Bev I think is honestly a better defender, and Clippers are already a top 3 offensive team in the league with a healthy Kawhi. Their issues are that they need more defense.
