Ron Artest vs. Andre Iguodala

Who was better in their primes?

I think Artest but some might disagree.

Artest imo.

Has an All-NBA selection and DPOY to his name while Iguodala has neither. He also has 4 All-Defensive selections to Iguodala’s 2.

Wouldn’t knock anyone who chooses Iggy for his playmaking though.

I would say Artest. Better scorer and probably a better defender also.

Artest easy but you would want the more mentally stable guy on your team.

Slight edge to Artest peak wise.

But Iggy was clearly more explosive/athletic and had better longevity.

Ron Ron, Iggy developed into a respectable offensive player in Philadelphia but I think Ron was a better defender.

This is a tough one...

Defensively Ron has the advantage in his prime. Offensively Andre has the advantage in his prime IMO.

If I had to choose, personally i'm going with Andre because he's more fit as a defender in today's game.
