I honestly don't understand anyone putting LBJ higher than Kareem in the all time list - much less Wilt, Russell, or MJ. Really, the only arguments anyone has for Lebron are longevity stats, and really the only one he might pass up Kareem in is total points.

There are very good arguments for LeBron being over Kareem, but you can also just as easily make a case for Kareem being over LeBron. For me at this point it's 50/50. Both guys have had legendary careers and have accomplishments that put them in their own unique places in history. LeBron winning the fourth championship put him over Kareem for me, but like I said before, it's 50/50 and I see no wrong with still having Kareem over him.

I don't really see an argument for Wilt or Russell being over LeBron at this point.

Lebron won 4 NBA titles as the no.1 option while Kareem won 2 finals MVP. Kareem was winning league mvp's when his team was missing the playoffs. His last 2 championships he was Magic's sidekick. The league is going to give LeBron his 5th mvp.

LeBron is better and greater than Kareem. Stop.

This dude required another Mount Rushmore player to win the lion share of his rings (that guy was their best player). Plus a perennial all star HOF power forward (Worthy).

In one of his seasons as “MVP” he didn’t even make the playoffs. We ridiculed clown MVPs like Dirk’s 2011, Westbrick’s 2017 who didn’t even get out the first round. But at least they made the playoffs. He didn’t even make it. Imagine that happening now?

Then with his lone championship with the franchise that actually drafted him, Milwaukee, he needed to play with another top 12 guy ever to win it, in Oscar Robertson.

As much help as LeBron’s had, Wade, Bosh, Kyrie, Love, AD. None of those guys are top 12 all time, like Oscar, let alone top 4 - 5 like Magic.

Kareem had an amazing career. Longevity was crazy. One of the true GOATs (top ten) but no. I’d rather have LeBron by far. Not to mention Kareem was a total unlikable, uncharismatic douche.

Jordan, LeBron, Magic, Bird are the four best players ever so far. With a few guys nipping at their heels I’d rather have over Kareem as well. Such as Russell, Hakeem, Shaq, Kobe and Duncan.
