not hear to chew the fat or chew the cud like some of you simpletons, especially RRR3 who has a borderline IQ and history of histrionics,
so lose the gut with dietary plan and then work out to keep it off, or work out to lose the gut and then keep working out to keep it off?:biggums:

Always starts with your diet. And find cardio you can enjoy, for me it's ball. Ballin is fun and I play every day. Keeps me in great shape. Now if I could ever stop drinking soda... would be cut like I was 20 years ago.

I had to lose weight and get in shape for a bear hunt .. so I started not drinking , but juice , soft drinks and minimize food intake. then started working out 2-3 times a week and climbing 600-1000' hills.
I lost a lot of my gut , but feel just better over all.
I have a severe back issue , so I can not run, jog or bicycle .. but you can find exercises that tighten up your core without sit ups etc..
