Nobody is going to sell me on the idea that all three of James, Westbrook & Davis wanted him back and the Lakers were unwilling to put him as the 15th man or assistant coach.

Maybe he's good on the bench like Haslem supposedly is with the Heat. The only problem is that he might make more than the actual coach... when he doesn't deserve more than him.

High school and college? Sure, we're talking about kids or young adults at the very least.
