Not since like Iverson's 2nd or 3rd season. Kyrie and Curry are 100x more egregious with their carries.

Is that Mike Miller guarding him? Looking at how he complained to the ref, he definitely thought it was. I guess it could essentially be viewed as a simple in and out dribble just done behind his back.

It's borderline. I probably wouldn't call it if I were reffing. It's kind of a dumb move to do in the end of the back court though. What are you trying to accomplish? How hard is it to get by a defender with the entire court in front of you?

Curry can score more points than anybody ever without a dribble. Dont compare him to Iverson.

I used AI’s career as more of a timeline because I remember refs allowing him to carry more further into his career. Carries are never called anymore, so in the modern game it’s near impossible to rip a ball handler straight up. Turnovers now come almost strictly from mental mistakes like bad passes. I think Kyrie and Curry are great ballhandlers in any era, and they’d be fools to not take advantage of carrying when it’s basically allowed now.
