Not even close. There aren't surveillance cameras everywhere that displays and monitors everyone's social credit score to see who is allowed at certain places. The two highest tiers of scores get health and school priority. The lowest tier will be on a blacklist where government officials visit you all the time and cancel any government funding/handouts, fire you from your job, and lose your qualifications and titles. No such thing as that in the U.S.

Also, there will be a lot of things that negatively effect your score. Your web browsing history, late credit card payments, posting anything on the internet that the government does not like, (example: "Biden is bad"), going a little above the speed limit, getting a parking ticket, dance in a square, making too much noise in public, private meetings with other people that aren't in government, not allowing government to sterilize you from having more than 2 kids, doing drugs, selling weed, renovating your home without government permission, not having a vaccine passport, etc, etc. And having a bad score also effects your kids life too.

This would never exist in the U.S., unless the racist authoritarian left continue to run into more and more power. This would be bad for certain minority groups too. If the left had its choice, they would implement a China-like social credit system even if it actually creates systemic racism.

I've not only seen this in other apolitical sources, I've asked people who currently live in China and who use to live in China within the past few years. The racist fascist democrats are definitely trying to implement more fascist and communistic ideas, and they are bringing it into this country slowly. The funny thing is, the social credit system would hurt a lot of democrat voters.
