Probably because China was opened and partying all through most of 2020 while everyone was locked down.

How do you know?

Plus the negatives of communism outweigh any supposed 'partying' you claim. Maybe you mean those in power were partying as the western world castrated itself.

All I know is at the height of our lockdowns, my contact at a factory that I outsource manufacturing to was really shocked when I told him we were in lockdown. This was in the Fall of last year.

He said things were so normal in China he thought Covid19 was gone. They werent even wearing masks.

Oh, so by partying you mean working in China - who knows what conditions? You also know China is a large country and Wuhan was locked down whilst some other places were undisturbed.

So perhaps you are right, I could clarify the China gameplan to be the China gameplan of communism but covid plan for Wuhan (although that would mean the world would allow international travel from hot spots but not domestic travel hmmmmmmmmmmm...................)
