I feel her pain but it is misplaced. All 13 of them? What about the thousands who died fighting this needless nation-building war over the last 20 years or the one in Iraq? How about all of the civilians who died as a casualty of 20yrs of war? None of them ever needed to die, period. Did she call out Bush for starting that or Obama for ramping up troops in Afghanistan or Trump for the soldiers who died under his presidency or does only her son matter now? What about the sons, husbands, fathers of thousands upon thousands of other soldiers who didn't need to die?

Her son probably saved countless lives as an US soldier so it's sad it all got buried up in hatred just to get her 5 minutes of politics in. Still, everyone deals with grief differently so I can't blame her.
