The insanity of this to me has less to do with the whole vaccine drama going on and more on the grip that ideology has on many people. He's a vaccine cuck, so he's going to impose his will because he's obsesses with the issue. You saw a lot less of this in the 90s.

It's no different than the judge casually asking her if she's a Hulkamaniac, and stripping her from her parental right because she's not.

This judge is a perfect example of an incompetent person getting to decide for others.

The whole vaccine issue has nothing to do with determining whether somebody should be allow to see their kids or not.

This is just a horrible abuse of power and position.

It is almost impossible to punish judges in Australia (unsure about USA) , even for wilful misconduct if it was ever proven, as they typically have pensions for life - paying multiple times the average Australian salary.

What about the U.S? Will Shapiro J be punished or promoted?

Agreed. Judge is an idiot. Or maybe, as you suggested, biased. The original case was based on child support payments. He had no business dropping that kind of judgement if the mother was not guilty of some other egregious crime against her child. Maybe there were other factors involved in his decision. I don't know. Neither do you.
