That's fair. The Decision was ****ing stupid, I didn't like it, I was a big Miami Heat fan at the time... And I just stopped, I mean, hey... The Championships were cool... But all of the LeBron fans being Miami fans? Not so much. I remember the Wade/LeBron rivalry, staying up until 4am to watch Wade dunk on Varejao, I woke my old man up with the "OOOHHHHHHHHH", Miami lost, but that dunk is all people remember about that game. I really wanted him to do it on his own, OR at least his front office be competent enough to get him some damn help and him get it done in Cleveland... But that Cleveland team needed a lot of work, LeBron wouldn't have made the Finals the next couple of seasons either without some big signing in Cleveland. I really liked LeBron in a Cleveland jersey(Home, Away, and Alt jerseys up until 2010). I think he is one of the greatest basketball players of all time, I would say he is top3 for certain. But, I don't think he is a good roll model with like Manny said, his body language on the court, I just want him to try until the absolute last feasible second of the game... I just wanted him to leave it all out there so people could say "well... at least he tried, at least he took those shots", he is one of the greatest players ever and when he has been needed the most, we haven't seen much of him. YEAH, the stat lines have been great, YEAH his team is only in it because of him... But take the damn ball and win the damn game.

In his youth he was exceptionally athletic.
Over the years he has built up bulk , to take punishment.
Last 5 years he has been slacking on defense to no end , and thinks his offense is more important.
Collision of acquiring talent because of this weakness.
(that means he needs strong weak side help , and if any team goes against him in the finals , should go right at him)
He probably has one chip left in him , and bow out with 4 rings.
I would consider him a top 10 all time great and obviously 5 or more spots ahead of Kobe who I have in my top 20.
Strengths can read defenses like no other , comparably to Big O.
Scores at will level of Karl Malone, Kareem.
Freaky of nature at his height that can dominate a game.

I mean you can't argue with how good he is and for the longevity he has been that good. Karl Malone is about the only person I can compare him too. Not as many finals but Karl had a long and healthy career, always made the playoffs and was averaging 20 points and 8 boards a game or better all the way until he was 39 with the Jazz. He didn't face any real injury until he turned 40 and became a Laker. Time will tell how long LeBron can go. Be incredible if this all time "old man" team can win this year.
